Baby Afghan

Well As promised heres a couple pics of the afghan Im in the midst of making. I just love the colors. Theres pink, green and purple with a splash of white. I wanted to add yellow but could not find any in the stores. I used Simply Soft yarn. Well I hope you like it. Have a great day!

The blanket looks really great!  I love that design and I was thinking that could be the next one I make for my granddaughter, Lorelei.  The one I started for Wyatt is with the camo yarn and I am just doing granny squares.

It is beautiful!!!  Just an FYI - Bernat has a "Baby Softee" yarn that is 4-ply worsted like the Caron Simply Soft and does come in yellow and all those other "baby" type pastels.  You might want to look into it the next time you're out.  

I love the feel of the Simply Soft myself but it is so hard to find around here and color selection is very limited when I do find it.  I have found it in red, white, navy blue, and a mauve color.  So far, that has been it.

Again, very beautiful afghan and great color combinations!
